NMF Classes
Essential Strength Fitness
This class focuses on building muscle strength, improving endurance, and stabilizing your core. A variety of equipment is used, including dumbbells, exercise balls, resistance bands, and some mat-based work to challenge and maximize engagement of the entire body. Suitable for all levels (40–45 minutes).
Senior Strength
Get a full-body workout using a variety of equipment to build strength and endurance. Modifications are provided so everyone can personalize the session to their fitness level. Expect a moderate-intensity 35-minute workout followed by a 10-minute cool-down and stretch, for a total of 45 minutes.
Boomers & Above
Fun-filled hour of cardio, weights, resistance bands and energetic dancing. This class is designed for participants of any age, but expect a seriously retro playlist — be ready to move and groove to classic hits. Come on and “Dance to the Music”! (60 minutes)
Stretch & Conditioning
Move your whole body through a thoughtful series of standing, seated, and mat poses that flow with intention and ease. All movements can be easily modified to suit different fitness levels and needs, and are intentionally designed to reduce stress while progressively building strength, improving balance, and increasing flexibility. Session length: 45–50 minutes.
Floor, Core & More
Full-body, slow-paced mat workout that uses varied movement patterns with an emphasis on strengthening and engaging your core. Designed for every body and fitness level, it includes numerous modifications and options to meet individual needs and comfort. (45 minutes)
Senior Cardio Fit
This class is geared toward beginner to intermediate fitness levels and is designed to challenge you with cardio-based activities. These movements translate beyond the gym to help improve your overall strength, posture, mobility, and balance.
High/Yo
Yoga-inspired, music-driven stretching that blends strength, balance, and flexibility work set to motivating music, with thoughtful modifications to suit all abilities.
Drums For Fitness
Using a stability ball and drum sticks, you’ll improve coordination and motor skills, raise your heart rate with a fun cardio component, and strengthen your whole body with dynamic, low-impact movements. Sessions are set to music with easy-to-follow beats for an engaging, rhythmic workout that keeps you motivated and moving. (45 minutes)
Yoga 4 All
A gentle blend of full-body traditional yoga poses and complementary stretches, practiced in a relaxed, nonjudgmental setting with soft, dim lighting and soothing background music to support calm focus. Modifications are offered throughout so both beginners and advanced practitioners can move safely, increase confidence, and leave feeling accomplished. Please bring your own yoga mat. (50 minutes)
Spin
An aerobic class on wheels that uses a stationary cycle to simulate a real-world bicycle obstacle course, complete with rolling hills, steep climbs, fast sprints, and recovery stretches. Classes are offered in the early morning and evenings to suit different schedules. (45 minutes)
