Essential Strength Fitness

This class focuses on muscle strength, endurance and your core. A variety of equipment is use including dumbbells, balls, bands, and some mat work to challenge & maximize working the entire body. For all levels (40-45 minutes)

Senior Strength

Get an all over body workout using different kinds of equipment for strength. Modifications offered so ALL can personalize the workout to their ability. Moderate intensity for 35 minutes plus 10 minutes cool down and stretch. (45 minutes).

Boomers & Above

Fun filled hour of cardio, weights, bands and dancing. Class is designed for ANY age but be prepared for really retro music! Come on and “dance to the music’! (60 minutes)

Stretch It Out

Move your whole body through series of standing and/or seated poses (your choice). All movements can be modified and are designed to relieve stress, improve balance and flexibility. (45- 50 minutes)

Pilate Power Up!

Full body slow workout using different body movements all on the mat, with a focus on working your core. This is for everybody and every type of body with many modifications suggested. (45 minutes)

Senior Cardio Fit

This class is for beginner to intermediate fitness levels designed to challenge you with cardio-based activitites. These moves carry over to outside of the gym setting to improve your strength, posture, mobility and balance.

Zumba

Want a total body workout with energetic music to motivate you? Join this exhilarating, effective, easy to follow, Latin inspired, calorie-burning, fitness party. Challenge yourself with dumbbells; modifications provided. (50-60 minutes)

Drums For Fitness

Using a stability ball with drum sticks you will improve motor skills, raise your heart rate with the cardio component and strengthen your body. Accompanied by music with easy to follow beats! (45 minutes)

Yoga 4 All

A mix of whole body traditional yoga poses and other stretches in a relaxed, non-judgmental environment enhanced by dim lighting and quiet music. Modifications are offered so beginner and advanced participants feel successful. It is suggested you BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT. (50 minutes)

High/ Yo

Yoga inspired, music driven stretching - combines strength, balance and stretching set to great music, modifications for all abilities.

Spin

An aerobic class on wheels using a stationary cycle to stimulate a real world bicycle obstacle course complete with hills, valleys, sprints, etc. Classes offered early morning or evenings. (45-55 minutes)
